certificate by a licensed notary public. The notary public will attest his
round seal and square seal on the birth certificate. After the work of the
notary public, you should submit the document to the Ministry of Law at Dhaka
in Bangladesh. The Ministry of Law will issue a round seal with date on the
said document. Anyone can verify the certifier’s signature seeing the seal.

the document to the Foreign Ministry.
